"YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A SPEEDY TRIAL"

STAR PURSUIT OFFICER NABS SPEEDER WHO IS TRIED & CONVICTED IN 15 MINUTES

Washington, D.C. (JFK+50) On June 22, 1923, Officer Dick Mansfield of the (District of Columbia) traffic squad stood in front of the Police Court Building when one Mr. Abraham Kunslow passed by at a speed of 25 miles-per-hour.

Unfortunately for Mr. Kunslow, Officer Mansfield is known as the "star pursuit policeman" on the D.C. force.

Kunslow "was stopped, taken into the court building" and within fifteen minutes had been tried and convicted by Judge Gus Schuldt.
