Washington, D.C. (JFK+50) On May 3, 1924, David Lawrence of the Evening Star writes "President (Calvin) Coolidge's opportunities for leadership...are coming in a bunch" in the next six weeks.
Lawrence says these opportunities will include those "for assertiveness and for curbing the multifarious tendencies of Congress."
Lawrence writes...
"The course of the whole Coolidge administration could be charted now and may furnish the basis for discussion in the coming...campaign."
