New York City (JFK+50) After having met with the National Security Council today, President John F. Kennedy flew to New York City.
The President attended the National Football Foundation Dinner held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel & gave a speech at the dinner along with entertainer Bob Hope.
JFK was presented with the Foundation's gold medal.
After the dinner, the President retired to the Carlyle Hotel for the evening.*
