"CAN ELIMINATE 95% OF INTER-STATION INTERFERENCE"

RADIO LISTENERS PARTICIPATE IN DECISION TO ADOPT KINTNER PLAN

Chicago, Illinois (JFK+50) On May 16, 1925, Radio Digest Programs Illustrated reports "ninety-five percent of the present objectionable inter-station interference can be eliminated."

The Radio Digest says this can be accomplished through the adoption of a plan developed by S. M. Kintner, research engineer for Western Electric and Manufacturing Company*.

The plan will not require any alteration of receiving sets now in use.

*Western Electric & Manufacturing Company was founded by George Westinghouse in 1886 with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.  WEMC was active in developing Alternating Current (AC) in the U.S.  The company was granted over 28,000 patents.
