"OWNS 67 ACRE FARM IN SOUTHERN MARYLAND"

FORMER GERMAN CROWN PRINCE STAFF MEMBER NOW POULTRY FARMER 

Hyattsville, Maryland (JFK+50) On September 29, 1925, The Evening Star reports that Baron Von Reckenberg, once a staff member of the Crown Prince of Germany, has become a successful poultry farmer in southern Maryland.  

Von Reckenberg, formerly of Potsdam, now owns a 67-acre farm near Brandywine, Maryland, "on the advice of the Southern Maryland Immigration Commission."  

Von Reckenberg was wounded in the World War and has a son who will enroll at the University of Maryland in February.
