TRUMAN LIBRARY POSTS FRENCH MAP SHOWING BATTLE POSITIONS
Independence, Missouri (JFK+50) The Harry S Truman Library and Museum has posted a French map which shows the positions of both French and American battle positions as of September 25, 1918.
In addition, the map designates army boundaries, corps boundaries and army p.c., corps p.c. and division p.c.
The 28 by 24 inch map is glued to a cloth backing and is part of the Records of the American Expeditionary Forces of World War I.
