KENNEDY CABINET SWORN IN AT WHITE HOUSE
Washington, D.C. (JFK+50) On January 21, 1961, Chief Justice of the United States Earl Warren swore in members of President John F. Kennedy's Cabinet* in the East Room at the White House.
In remarks following the ceremony, President Kennedy said...
"I want to express my appreciation to the members of the Cabinet who have been sworn in today. Whatever success we may achieve will depend in great part upon their dedication and...(the) effort of...men and women...who serve our National Government."
