CO-EDS SAY ALL MEN ARE TALKERS, AND ALL ARE DULL
Chicago, Illinois (JFK+50) On November 21, 1923, the Associated Press reports young women attending the University of Chicago, meeting yesterday "to discuss men, dances, (and) parties," decided that "all men are talkers, some...serious and dull, some frothey* and dull and others trivial and dull."
The common thread among all men, in the view of these co-eds, seems to be they are all talkers and all are "dull, dull and dull."
One co-ed remarked,
"If the man is interesting, I want him all for myself, but if he is tiresome, I don't want anybody to see me with him."
*frothy means light and entertaining but of little substance
