Boston, Massachusetts (JFK+50) On February 6, 1925, Associated Press reports that biologist Albert E. Wiggan, speaking to the National Civic Federation last evening meeting here in Boston, said..."the American college graduate is a dying race."
The New York City biologist added...
"at the end of six generations 1000 degree holders will be represented by only 50 descendants.
In modern times science has made so many luxuries and set up so many demands on man's time and energy and money that his duty to raise a family has been swamped.
It is only the unsuccessful that have families. The successful are committing race suicide."
