NYU PROFESSOR SAYS MODERN MEN ARE ADOPTING FEMINIZED WAYS
New York City (JFK+50) On April 13, 1925, Associated Press reports Dr. Charles Gray Shaw* of New York University says "men are adopting feminized ways just as rapidly as women are becoming masculine in their outlook on life."
Dr. Shaw says...
"It is the man in his new effeminacy** who is inclined to be domestic.
Modern men marry for the sake of a home (while) women (marry) with the idea of getting a companion or lover."
*Dr. Charles Gray Shaw (1871-1949) was professor of philosophy at New York University for 42 years. The NY Times reports that he once said "only morons whistle."
**effeminacy--when a man exhibits feminine traits or behaviors, physical appearance or mannerisms.
