"IT IS NOTHING TO THE DEBT AMERICA OWES US"

LLOYD GEORGE CREDITS JOHN WESLEY & GEORGE WHITFIELD

London (JFK+50) On October 26, 1922, Lloyd George* declared..."I  don't know the exact figures of our debt to America (but) it is nothing to the debt America owes us...credit John Wesley and George Whitfield."

Mr. George continued...

"I am not talking about Shakespeare, Burns and Milton...and Roger Williams and the Pilgrim Fathers."

*David Lloyd George (1863-1945) was born in Manchester, U.K. & served in Parliament 1890-1945.  DLG was Prime Minister of the U.K. 1916-1922.
