WOODROW WILSON DEAD AT AGE 67
Washington, D.C. (JFK+50) On February 3, 1924, former President Woodrow Wilson* passed away at the age of 67 here in the Nation's Capital.
Although Mr. Wilson suffered a major stroke on October 2, 1919, he was able to complete his term of office.
Just two days before his death, Mr. Wilson said...
"I am a broken piece of machinery. When the machinery is broken...I am ready!"
In 1958, former President Herbert Hoover said of Mr. Wilson...
"He was a born crusader."

Woodrow Wilson died at 11:15 a.m. Eastern time on Sunday, Feb. 3, 1924 at his home, 2340 S Street NW in Washington, D.C. His remains were interred at the Washington National Cathedral.
*Thomas Woodrow Wilson (1856-1924) was born in Staunton, Virginia & graduated from Princeton and earned his PhD at Johns Hopkins University. TWW served as Governor of New Jersey, 1911-1913 & as POTUS, 1913-1921.
