"FUNDS WILL GO TO WORKER'S HOUSING CONSTRUCTION"

VISITORS TO MOSCOW OBLIGED TO PAY FOR PRIVILEGE

Moscow* (JFK+50) On September 17, 1924, the Associated Press reports "visitors to Moscow will be obliged to pay from $50 to $150 for the privilege."

The Soviet law is "designed to prevent further overcrowding of the Russian capital, which is exceeding all bounds."

Funds collected will go to the construction of housing for the city's workers.
