RADIO BROADCAST BY 'MYSTERY MAN' IS HOPE OF AUTHORITIES TO IDENTIFY HIM
Norfolk, Virginia (JFK+50) On January 7, 1925, radio station WTAR here in Norfolk will broadcast the voice of the city's "'mystery man' who has baffled all...means of establishing his identity."
The man was found two months ago near Cape Charles* and since has been the burden of "immigration authorities, local police and charity."
He speaks in a "mostly unintelligible" jumble of different languages. It is hoped that the broadcast will help provide clues into his identity.
Authorities believe the mystery man is a "victim of aphasia**."
